This doesn’t affect cloud-based presentation tools, like Google Slides and Canva, which run directly in a web browser and offer a platform-agnostic experience. If you’re looking specifically for worship-related software, the landscape is even worse, as a number of apps are PC-only. The Mac version can do some things the PC version can’t, and the PC version has quite a lot of functionality that doesn’t exist on the Mac side. If your iCloud account is used by other computers and iOS devices that haven’t upgraded to iCloud Drive, syncing will not work in all cases.
Use the buttons at the top to change your view. You can use the sidebar on the left side of the Open dialog to look for presentations in folders and in places other than your Mac. In Keynote, choose File > Open, select the presentation in the window that opens, then click Open. Keynote shows up to the last ten presentations you opened-either in iCloud or on your Mac. In Keynote, choose File > Open Recent (from the File menu at the top of your screen). If a presentation is dimmed and can’t be selected, it can’t be opened by Keynote.ĭouble-click a Keynote presentation on your Mac.ĭrag a presentation onto the Keynote icon in the Dock or in the Applications folder.
